Liberty Jubilee booth

Excellent opportunity to help in a booth sharing information about our chapter with the public. 
7-10:00 will be set up with trucks near the booth – 4-6 people
10-2:00 will be manning the booth, talking to the public – 2 people
2-5:00 will be manning the booth with take down beginning between 3:30-4:00 depending on weather and crowd size – 4-6 people
Take down will require as many volunteers as possible as everything will have to be carried out because the trucks are not allowed in at that time.
Wear your shirt and name tag and any bling you have! Sunscreen and a hat are also recommended.
