The 14th Annual Prairie Plant-a-Thon will be held at Sheldon Lake State Park. Participants will be digging holes and planting 1-gallon native prairie plants. A brief orientation and all necessary tools will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothing, bug spray, footwear that can get muddy, a good hat and gloves, and sunscreen. Bring water and prepare to get muddy!

After you register online, the coordinator will reach out to place you in one of three time slots (8:30-11:00, 9:00-11:00, 9:30-11:00). Time slots are available on first come, first serve basis.
Children above 8 years of age are welcome. Make sure everyone in your party 13 years old and over registers online separately.
For those under 13, email lauren.seck@tpwd.texas.gove to register. Those under 13 must bring with them a signed waiver.
