TRNWR Annual Butterfly Count

Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge will be hosting the Annual Butterfly Count for northern Liberty County. Areas to be counted include the TRNWR and Tarkington Prairie.
Meet at Shell Fuel Max gas station at the intersection of Hwy 105 and FM 2518.
Time is 9:00 – 3:30.
We will survey the “bottoms” so be sure to bring a sack lunch, rubber knee boots (if it has recently rained) and other appropriate outdoor clothing. Butterfly enthusiasts of all levels are welcome.
