The Big Country Chapter joined us on Thursday, July 20, to present about their chapter, its history, and their diverse ecoregions and habitats. We also learned about their accomplishments as a chapter and their outreach programs.
This includes Hikes and Star Parties, City Nature Challenges, BioBlitzes at Eden Center and State Park, Public Service Activities, Lake Kirby Cleanup, Trail maintenance at Abilene State Park, Outreach Activities with Abilene ISD, Wings on the Wind, and Public Library Presentations
