VO: Mobile Discovery Lab

Hi Master Naturalists,

The Mobile Discovery Lab tour is preparing to launch May 12! We’d love for you to volunteer time with 4th-9th grade students to learn about soil health, weather, topography, insects, aquatic microbiota, and aquaponics.

Quick Info:

• We need 3 volunteers for each time slot.
• Most time slots last about 5 hours and fit in the school day, especially in the morning.
• Volunteers will each receive a $50 stipend per day from the Science Mill for fuel and food.
  • Please note that TXMN volunteers should refuse this stipend. 
• Volunteers may sign up for multiple days, but it is important to only register if you know you can commit to the time.

Wednesday, May 14    Gorman ISD

Thursday, May 15      Huckabay ISD
