May 15-18, 2026 — Little L Ranch, Somervell County, Texas
Welcome to the registration page for the 9th annual Bazos River Cleanup and Campout, May 15-18, 2026. This event is presented by the Rio Brazos Chapter of the Texas Master NaturalistTM program and hosted by the Little L Ranch on the Brazos River in Somervell and Bosque Counties, Texas.
There will be four days of opportunities for volunteering and learning while cleansing our chapter’s namesake (Rio Brazos) of tires and trash. Participants can choose one, some, or all four days to join in the cleanup and support services (service time), learning (Advanced Training), camping, and camaraderie. Maneuvering a canoe is optional, as there will be other service activities that qualify for Master Naturalist volunteer time. Past service activities and Advanced Training include star parties, moth-ing, bio-blitzes, geology, stream ecology, ornithology, wildlife, and more.
Registration is required for planning purposes. Filling out your registration completely helps ensure adequate support services, including campsite preparation, portable toilets and supplies, safety measures, canoe/kayak shuttles, food services and supplies, and more.
NOTE: All registrants/participants in any or all of the cleanup activities MUST sign a Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement for Little L Ranch. You may download the agreement (PDF) here, sign and scan it, and email it to [email protected]. OR, you may bring a signed paper copy with you or sign a form available at event check-in.
A $10 per day donation is suggested to cover the cost of food and portable toilets. Click on the PayPal icon to be redirected to the secure chapter PayPal account.

Brazos River Cleanup 2026 – Registration DRAFT
DRAFT registration form. See description from 2025 and what Susan put in the Google form. **NOTE: Planners need the total numbers of volunteers/participants for each activity. Most fields offer 2 response selections: “1” for “yes” and “0” for “no”. Responding in this way makes it easy for planners to sum the number of “yes’s” and “no’s” for each field.** **ALSO NOTE: Some fields require a response. If you overlook any one or more, the form will not submit. Check your work and try submitting the form again. If you continue to have difficulties, send a message to [email protected].** STAY ON THE PAGE after you submit the form. Sign of a successful submittal is the disappearance of the form fields and a brief message (Your form has been submitted.) will appear at the bottom of the page.
