The organization "Butterflies in the Brazos" is hosting a planting work day at Bee Creek park. They ask that, if possible, you bring a pollinator friendly plant and help weed the gardens at Bee Creek.
Volunteers are needed to help with woody brush removal, trail installation, and ecological data collection. A wide variety of tasks suited to different interests and physical abilities are available. If you wish to do this you will need to fill our a waiver form, which can be found at: https://enrta.tamu.edu/release-of-liability
The two Stream Teams will be sampling Lick Creek at the entry and exit locations. If you like to help, please contact either Andrea or Kathryn. Please meet up at the Nature Center Parking lot around 6:45 am.
