Here’s how to enter AT into VMS.
NOTE: You must submit your hours no more than 45 days after the event. You will not be able to enter hours after 45 days or to back date any hours.
- Login to VMS at http://txmn.org/tmn-hours-entry/
- Click on “VMS – Volunteer Login.”
- Enter your username and password.
- On the VMS dashboard click “Report Your Service”.
- Select one of the approved AT opportunities from the drop down menu. AT opportunities all begin with “AT:.” The appropriate AT opportunity will be included in the chapter calendar listing of each AT event wherever possible. If the appropriate opportunity is not already on your opportunity list, please email your VMS Approver to have it added.
- Enter the date, hours, and a brief description in the form. The description should include who sponsored the opportunity, who spoke, and the topic. Submissions without adequate descriptions cannot be approved.
- Do not use acronyms in your description. Descriptions must be understandable by people who do not know local abbreviations. The only acceptable acronyms are: AT, CoCoRaHS, NASA, NOAA, NPSoT, TMN, and TPWD.
- Submit
NOTE: You may have to turn off Pop-up Blocking.
