Wildscapes is Back! This year’s theme is Landscaping with Native Plants to Attract Wildlife.
After the 2017 Wildscapes Workshop cancellation due to Hurricane Harvey, this fantastic event is back for 2018. The date has been changed to later in the month to specifically avoid our city’s highest probability period for hurricanes. Plan to attend for the great speakers and for the bigger than ever, native plant sale.

9:45 – 10:00 Break – Time to check out the native plants in the plant sale and books!
10:00 – 11:00 Bob Honig, Environmental Consultant – Presentation: “Skimmers and Dancers and Darners, Oh My! – How Dragonflies and Damselflies Make Their Livings“.
11:00 – 11:15 Break – Time to check out the plants, buy books signed by author / presenters!
11:15 – 11:20 Special Video: NPSOT Native Plant Landscaping Certification Program -Wildlife is in Danger… It’s Time to Get Involved! by Nivien Saleh, Ph.D.
