VMS opportunity: Winedale Landscape Project Once again, I want to remind everyone that the monthly Winedale work days are:  Second Saturdays, and Fourth Fridays. Please remember to bring gloves, hats, bug spray, suntan lotion for protection. TOOLS: spades, sharpshooters, hand trowels; hand pruners, loppers, tree saws, a chainsaw or two if possible....with fuel and bar chain oil, a sharp chain, and chain tool; rock rakes and leaf rakes. VMS opportunity: Adopt-a-Highway Our Adopt A Highway volunteer roadside cleanup will be Wednesday  June 12th. We meet at 8.30 a.m. in the parking lot at the St. John Lutheran Church in Rutersville on Highway 159. Wear your closed toe shoes or boots, long sleeved shirt, sturdy pants and hat. Insect repellent is useful. We provide safety vests for you.  We have four extra grabbers.
