Outreach Booth – Wildlife Opportunities and Practices Workshop

The Fayette County Appraisal District is sponsoring a Wildlife Opportunities and Practices Workshop on Friday, April, 12 at Camp Kubenea in Ledbetter. If anyone is interested in setting up and staffing our outreach table-top tri fold display please let me know. This is will be a perfect audience in which to to represent Texas Master Naturalist program and our chapter.
Outreach such as this is simple and fun. In this case you would pick up the chapter trifold kit from the AgriLife Extension Office right next door and set up and staff the table-top display before the event. There will be brochures, pamphlets and a signup sheet for those wanting to be put on our special email list. Volunteers are available to talk about our program to to answer any questions for the guests. You are welcome to stay for the seminar and staff the tabletop afterwards or pack up when the program begins. The display should promptly be returned back to the Fayette County AgriLife Extension Office.
