Texas is home to more species of bats than any other state. Join Texas Nature Trackers Biologist Craig Hensley for a look into the world of these denizens of the dark. From echolocation to who’s who, you discover the importance of the bats that call Texas home. You will also hear from TPWD’s Statewide Bat Specialist Nathan Fuller who will provide an update on White-nose Syndrome and how this deadly disease is impacting bats across Texas and the country – and what is being done to minimize its impact.
