Concerned about rapid land development in Southcentral Texas, or seeking to learn more about conservation easements and how to protect our natural areas and native habitats?
Join the Gideon Lincecum Chapter for our July Chapter Meeting as we welcome representatives from The Nature Conservancy in Texas, the Native Prairies Association of Texas, Only One Sky Farm remnant prairie in Round Top, the Coastal Prairie Conservancy, and a retired Texas Parks & Wildlife Park Ranger now real estate agent to discuss conservation easements and wildlife habitat protection.
We invite the public to attend this informative session, ask questions, and learn more about our Texas Master Naturalist educational programs.
If you are a landowner who is interested in understanding the process and first-hand experience of land conservation, this session is for you. If you enjoy nature and want to participate in programs designed to manage and help preserve natural areas, we look forward to seeing you there.
