Celebrate Texas trees on Saturday, January 24, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., while learning about trees for your yard, ideal trees for wildlife and tree care.

  • 11 a.m. – Fire Ecology, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
  • 12 p.m. – Tree Planting Demonstration, TreeFolks
  • 1 p.m. – Heritage Trees with Damon Waitt, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
  • 2 p.m. – Preparing Trees for Extreme Summer Heat with Don Gardener, Consulting Arborist
  • 3 p.m. – Oak Wilt with Chris Dolan, City of Austin
