Description: Gary Langham, Chief Scientist for the National Audubon Society, will discuss the findings of National Audubon’s Climate report released in September 2014, and its implications for Texas and the nation. The Climate Report is a comprehensive, first-of-its kind study that predicts how climate change could affect the ranges of 588 North American birds. Langham directs Audubon’s wide-reaching scientific initiatives and studies and received his Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Cornell University.
