EPA’s Trash Free Waters program hosts a webinar by Dr. Chelsea Rochman on Jan. 31st at 1:00 pm EST entitled “Impacts of Plastics in the Aquatic Environment.”
Dr. Rochman is an internationally renowned researcher on the effects of aquatic trash, especially plastics, in the environment. She’s also a very engaging speaker!
The webinar is intended for a general audience and will include an overview of the issue of plastics and microplastics in the environment, as well as consideration of the potential risks posed by plastics and microplastics.
