AT: 2024 Tx Waters Specialist Study Group Session 6 – Chapters 6 & 8, Role and Function of Wetlands & Human Caused Watershed Change

The study group series for 2024 is hosted by members of the Coastal Prairie Chapter (CPC) Texas Waters Specialist Study Group.  November’s session will cover:

  • Chapter 6: The Role and Function of Wetlands and Estuarine Systems,  pg 87-91   discussion leaders Lisa Sanders and Wanda Roof

and

  • Chapter 8: Human Caused Instruments of Watershed Change, pg 99-118   discussion leaders Constance Rossiter and Susan Brodmerkel

Each monthly meeting will discuss content from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Texas Waters Curriculum manual, Texas Aquatic Habitats and the Species They Support.  Please review the chapter questions and quiz questions prior to attending the session.
