AT: Bringing Nature Home featuring Doug Tallamy

June 27 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

$25 – $50

Doug Tallamy is the author of the famous book: “Bringing Nature Home”.   He claims that non-native plants are “ecological traps for birds”.

An integral part of sustainable biodiversity is plant choice. By supporting native plants, growers can implement an encouraging environment for wildlife of all kinds. Healthy, flourishing ecosystems are not only delightful and enchanting, but they are also crucial to human prosperity. By applying Doug Tallamy’s persuasive reasoning: gardeners, landscapers, and growers everywhere can make an impactful improvement in our environment.

OHBA is a community focused organization dedicated to educating all individuals, gardeners, homeowners, landscapers, schools and truth seekers on the real world application and benefits of organics, so that our community not only survives but thrives, as the world moves towards organics and sustainability.

5 pm – 6 pm is time for networking and light bites.  The presentation starts at 6 pm.
