The Coastal Prairie Chapter’s own Eric Wolf will present “The Wonderful World of Mushrooms” at our March 5, 2020 meeting. Have you ever wondered how mushrooms grow or the role that they play in our ecosystem? Have you ever wondered how they appear in your yard over night or how to determine what species you are looking at?
Did you know that some Mushroom spores can act as a natural insect repellent or that mushroom DNA is more closely related to Human DNA plant DNA? Come out and learn about these facts and many more as we discuss The Wonderful World of Mushrooms!

Come hear this expert speak about a timely topic starting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be preceded by a social time and snacks at 6:00 p.m., then our speaker. Around 7:30pm, we will have a short chapter general business meeting.
