AT: Coastal Prairie Conservancy – Night Photography Skills at Katy Prairie

In person. $50 fee.  This is a second class in a photography-on-the-prairie series with nature photographer Kathy Adams Clark.

This is a hands-on class on the Katy Prairie west of Houston.  Focal subjects include photographing the sunset, moon rise, and stars.  Bring own equipment and telephoto lens recommended.  Learn how to get a proper exposure at night.  Tripod and wide-angle lens are a must. Minimal walking expected with some stairs.  Novice photographers should have a basic understanding of their camera to get the maximum benefits from this class.
