Ready to Bug Out?  We’ll sweep-net the savanna to collect specimens for up-close observation and mount paper models to become amateur entomologists.

All educators are welcome at the Houston Arboretum Educator workshops, including classroom teachers, outdoor educators, scout leaders, homeschool parents – anyone who wants to learn fun, hands-on ways to teach children about science and nature.

The Arboretum’s workshops include:

• Fun curriculum ideas
• Inter-disciplinary connections to the natural world
