AT: Little Grouse on the Prairie

You’ve seen it on the small screen when you visit the Friends of Attwater Prairie-Chicken Refuge website. Now, you can see it on a big screen near you…in Houston at the MATCH-Midtown Arts & Theater Center.

“Little Grouse on the Prairie” will be featured in the 2019 Wild Texas Film Tour, a festival of short films showcasing wildlife, adventure and conservation stories from across the state.

Produced by Friends of Attwater Prairie Chicken Refuge under the leadership of Vice President Sumita Prasad, “Little Grouse on the Prairie” is a testament to the passion and commitment of a broad collaborative effort led by dedicated and determined organizations and committed individuals. The production was made possible by a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

At each showing on The Wild Texas Film tour, characters and filmmakers will be at each event for question and answer sessions following each screening to address Texas wildlife, adventure, and conservation stories.
