The 2024 Master Volunteer Entomology Advanced Training course will be held every TUESDAY and THURSDAY  starting Tue September 3, 2024 through Tue October 29, 2024, 10 a.m. – noon (Every Tuesday & Thursday) — Virtual

YOU MUST BE A CERTIFIED MASTER NATURALIST OR MASTER GARDENER TO TAKE THIS TRAINING. 

Over the course of 8 weeks and 30+ instructional hours, you can gain a greater understanding of entomology. Some of the topics include the identification of common insect orders, an overview of IPM, native pollinators, arachnid identification, medical/ veterinary entomology, urban entomology, and more.

Registration includes courses provided by experts in the field of entomology, resources and guides, a certificate, and a pin once certification is complete (requires completion of classwork along with 20 hours focused on an entomology project).

All classes will be held online, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – noon (daily) from Tue September 3, 2024 – Tue October 29, 2024.

The 2024 Master Volunteer Entomology Advanced Training course will be held every TUESDAY and THURSDAY  starting Tue September 3, 2024 through Tue October 29, 2024, 10 a.m. – noon (Every Tuesday & Thursday) — Virtual

YOU MUST BE A CERTIFIED MASTER NATURALIST OR MASTER GARDENER TO TAKE THIS TRAINING. 

Over the course of 8 weeks and 30+ instructional hours, you can gain a greater understanding of entomology. Some of the topics include the identification of common insect orders, an overview of IPM, native pollinators, arachnid identification, medical/ veterinary entomology, urban entomology, and more.

Registration includes courses provided by experts in the field of entomology, resources and guides, a certificate, and a pin once certification is complete (requires completion of classwork along with 20 hours focused on an entomology project).

All classes will be held online, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – noon (daily) from Tue September 3, 2024 – Tue October 29, 2024.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations received no later than Sun August 4, 2024 , will be issued a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.  If a cancellation or refund becomes necessary, please submit a Cancellation or Refund Request.   Refunds typically take 7 – 10 business days to process.
