Join us to learn about Budburst, a community science project where researchers, educators, and community scientists work together to answer critical ecological research questions by studying the timing of seasonal change in plants, as well as how they affect important pollinators.
During this workshop, you will learn how the Houston Botanic Garden will support Budburst, and how you can contribute to the efforts. You will also learn how to identify local pollinators and do some practice observations in the Garden. Participants can even take home a pollinator plant to monitor at home, if interested.
Non-member fee of $15 includes general admission to the Garden. Members can participate for free.
