Permaculture is a design methodology that focuses on sustainable practices using effective principles and process found in nature. In a post-Harvey Houston, permaculture principles directly address the ways to be more sustainable and flood resistant in both garden and home design.

PRESENTERS
Bob Randall, Ph.D
Lead by Bob Randall, Ph.D and the Permaculture Guild of Houston.
The Permaculture Guild of Houston are long time presenters in addition to recent graduates of our Permaculture Designer Certificate program.

COMMUNITY PARTNER SITE
The class will take place at a site in Southwest Houston implementing many of the sustainable living principals of permaculture; recycling and energy efficiency, through composting, solar energy, rainwater collection and design principals incorporating an edible food forest, native plant and food gardens and more. Exact location will be sent three days before the class, as it is a private residence.

If you cannot attend the class as scheduled, there are no refunds or substitutions.

Registration will close 24 hours prior to classes Monday – Saturday and 48 hours before all Sunday classes.
