In this TCTWS webinar, Dr. Hunter Reed from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will speak with us about Chronic Wasting Disease.
Dr. Hunter Reed is one of the two wildlife veterinarians for TPWD. He went to Cornell University for his veterinary degree as well as to University of Minnesota for his Master’s of Public Health. He previously worked for Texas Animal Health Commission as a Veterinary Epidemiologist working on disease issues such as cattle fever ticks, tuberculosis, and piroplasmosis. Now working for TPWD, addresses wildlife disease issues like HPAI, bighorn sheep pneumonia, and Chronic Wasting Disease.
