October-Things that go bump in the night 10/12/24 and 10/26/24
Co-Leads-Kayleigh Minin and Lisa Sanders
Learn more about our nighttime friends (such as owls, bats, moths).
Learn how they have adapted to be active at night.
Make a puppet of one of these nighttime critters to take home.
We will have two shifts per Saturday-the morning shift from 10:30-1:00 and the afternoon shift from 1:00-3:30. We are asking that 2 people sign up per shift to assist the lead with outreach. Additionally, we have a new slot this year for a backup volunteer and/or members who would like to observe or be trained on the topic or the respective WOW presentation.
Questions? Contact Katie Sallean or Jamie Fairchild. Look for the SignUp Genius pinned to the #vsp channel in Slack or on Tuesday’s emailed Weekly Bulletin.
