VSP: Pollinator Workshop & CNC Bioblitz at Deer Park Prairie

Arrive by 9am for a short PowerPoint on Pollinators and their dependence on Native Plants. Then get out onto the prairie and collect a few insects to study and identify (all insects are catch and release). Then, you are on your own with your smart phone and iNaturalist. The more you shoot, the better to win! The City Nature Challenge is a global, citizen science competition focused on urban biodiversity. Help DPP collect data for the HoustonGalveston area! Stay the whole day if you desire.
