VSP Seed Collection Brazos Bend State Park for Coastal Prairie Conservancy

CPC is seeking volunteers to collect green milkweed (Asclepias viridis) seeds from Mark Morgenstern’s six acre property just south of Brazos Bend State Park. Also collectible are Virginia wildrye and cherokee sedge among others. CPC needs milkweed seeds for its Katy Prairie Monarch Habitat Project. See the VSP channel for location information.

As usual, collectors may also collect for themselves or other organizations.

Waivers: If you do not have one on file for the past year: please fill out Coastal Prairie Conservancy liability waiver or CPC online . Lan will have copies, if you forget.
