The Entomological Society of America, Southwestern Branch is holding their annual meeting in Round Rock, TX in March of 2025. Along with the meeting, they are holding an Insect EXPO for area 3rd-5th graders. Insect EXPO is a free event for area students to come and learn about insects and other arthropods in a fun, hands-on way.
While they have volunteers that are meeting attendees- professors, students, extension professionals, industry professionals, etc.- they need A LOT of volunteers to pull this off.
If you would like to volunteer for EXPO, please email Wizzie Brown here
