Texas Master Naturalist Transfers TO Elm Fork Chapter
Welcome
Home!
If you have moved into the Denton/Cooke/Wise county area, we welcome you! To initiate the transfer process you should contact the VMS Coordinator for your current chapter expressing your wish to transfer to the Elm Fork Chapter. Ask to transfer your VMS file to a Transfer folder, certifying that you are a member in good standing and are current in dues. The VMS file should reference your VMS reporting activity, whether you have received initial certification, any annual certifications, and are due any milestone awards.
Once the information is in the Transfer folder it will be accessed by the Elm Fork Chapter VMS team, and all your volunteer and advanced training hours will be accepted by our chapter.
The Elm Fork Chapter VMS team will also verify that you have a current Criminal Background Check before accepting you into membership. You may need to complete additional training applicable to our area, chapter or ecoregion. Following the successful transfer of your membership to the Elm Fork Chapter you will be contacted by our Membership Director to pay the annual chapter dues and will be included in all our chapter communications.
If you have any questions, concerns, or you are transferring from another state, please feel free to contact us at membership@efctmn.org.
