September 4 – 10, 2022
From September 4th through the 10th, if an iNaturalist observation is made within DFW related counties, it is automatically added to the iNaturalist project: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/fall-socially-distant-bioblitz-dfw-urban-ecosystem-2022
Backyard observations are countable for these projects, but the most valuable observations are made in public places — parks in particular. These observations are used to guide management! So, if you can emphasize the importance of these observations, that would be great. Any observations made in Denton, Cooke, or Wise counties will appear here: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/efmn-counties-fall-socially-distant-bioblitz-2022
