The Gideon Lincecum Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status.
“In support of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, this Chapter shall be an educational, non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to fulfilling the state program’s mission to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach, and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within their communities for the State of Texas.”
To support our efforts, we gladly accept donations and your donations are fully tax deductible. You may choose to give any amount and may designate how the funds are to be used. Examples of areas of support include our scholarship funds (for 4-H student awards or Texas Brigades camp), general outreach at community events, or public programs put on by the chapter addressing a variety of nature topics.
A special memorial fund has been set up by the chapter to honor dedicated Texas Master Naturalists who have passed away. This fund is used to help chapter members attend their first State annual meeting. Designate “Memorial Fund” for your donation to honor deceased members Bill Deaton, Lefty Yarnold, Carol Montgomery, David Butler.
You may donate through PayPal by using the button below or by sending a check to the treasurer. If you wish to designate a particular area of support, please do so in the special instructions feature of PayPal or on the Memo line of your check.
All donations will be formally acknowledged with a receipt from the Chapter. Thank you!
