The first step in your journey to becoming a Texas Master Naturalist is to enroll in the Initial Training Course conducted by your local chapter. Our Gideon Lincecum chapter’s Training Course begins in January 2027 and applications are now open. We are your local chapter if you are a resident of (or have land in) one of the five counties that comprise our chapter territory: Austin, Colorado, Fayette, Lee, and Washington.
