Adopt-a-Highway Work Day – rescheduled date

VMS opportunity: Adopt-a-Highway
Our first Adopt A Highway volunteer roadside cleanup will be Wednesday March 13. We meet at 8.30 a.m. in the parking lot at the St. John Lutheran Church in Rutersville on Highway 159. Wear your closed toe shoes or boots, long sleeved shirt, sturdy pants and hat. Insect repellent is useful. We provide safety vests for you.
We have four extra grabbers. Let us know if you need to use one and we will reserve one for you.
This should be a good time to be out on the roadside with some native flowers in bloom. Plus who knows what interesting things you may find on the roadside.
