Participants will learn about burn laws and regulations, fire weather, working with a Prescribed Burn Association, emergency response to wildfires or escaped fires, and Firewise practices that help protect homes and property.

The event is open to landowners, PBA members, agency staff, and interested community members, with a possible weather-dependent brush-pile burn demonstration.
