AT Opportunity: Native Plant Propagation

This Native Plant Propagation workshop, sponsored by Fayette Prairie Chapter Native Prairie Association of Texas (NPAT) and Coastal Prairie Conservancy (CPC) will be presented by Chris Bailey, CGC Native Seed Nursery Manager, and Lan Shen, CPC Seed Collection Manager and Great Grow Out Coordinator. They will meet you in the CPC Indiangrass Preserve greenhouse in Waller for hands-on practice starting plants from seeds, plugs, and cuttings. Learn where to obtain seeds and when to plant various species.

All materials provided; feel free to bring seeds to share. You are encouraged to leave your starters created in the workshop to contribute to the Indiangrass Preserve, or you can take them to your own prairie restoration project.
