Attwater Prairie Chicken NWR

The native grass bed is in desperate need of weeding.  The date is Wednesday June 2 to meet at the Visitors Center at 8:00.  If you are vaccinated you don’t need a mask.  But we will still be socially distancing so there can be no more than 5 volunteers.  The first 5 may want to reconsider as the mosquitoes are in full force.  So in addition to water and sunscreen bring your favorite bug deterrent.

Also please include a cell phone in case the weather affects our plans.
