VMS opportunity: BISD Outdoor Learning Projects

Brenham ISD Outdoors is looking for volunteers for our Fall programs. These programs are designed to enhance classroom instruction (aligned with curriculum) by helping students broaden their understanding of the outdoors, stewardship of the Earth, and natural habitats. There will be 3 stations: GPS Hike (honing observations skills on a trail while learning the concepts of GPS coordinates); Green Building (observing and analyzing park headquarters and its use of sustainable building practices); On the Hunt (recording observations of their ecosystem to distinguish living and non-living elements).
