VMS opportunity: Administrative work: Board/committee work

All chapter members are welcome to attend Board Meetings. TMN GLC Board Meetings are typically the last Friday of even numbered months (Feb, Apr, Jun, August, October, December) at 9:30am. Locations and dates/times may vary.

October’s Board Meeting is on Friday 10/30/26, at 9:30 am, at the historic Nelsonville Brethren Church, 332 Nelsonville Church Rd, Bellville, TX 77418. This historical church was built in 1874 by Czech-Moravian settlers. It is located very close to the site of the first Czech protestant worship service ever held in Texas, which took place in 1855. Plus, this architectural masterpiece is located roughly across the street from fellow TMN GLCers Marvelyn & Trey Granger’s Nellie Gail Ranch so as you pass by you can stare enviously at their beautifully (and continually as most of us know) restored prairie.
