November Chapter Meeting at the Lake

Our November chapter meeting will be held November 15, 2025 beginning at 9:30 a.m.

We are excited to be meeting at the Nails Creek Unit  (Group Pavilion) of Lake Somerville State Park so dress for the weather and for taking a “walk in the park”.

Our business meeting will include the election of officers to serve a 2-year term starting January 2026 so we hope to see many chapter members there to vote. We will also be continuing our celebration of 20 years as a chapter so come learn more about our history and get your green ribbon for your name badge.

Beyond the business meeting, there will be a full agenda of educational presentations: native bees, dark skies, partnerships in service, bat monitoring, falconry and more!

Bring your lunch to enjoy a picnic by the lake! AND, participate in an iNaturalist observation project focused on the flora (and fauna) of Nails Creek.
