Volunteering at any of the water stations qualifies as volunteer hours for Texas Waters Specialists

Brenham ISD 7th grade students will enjoy a field day covering the stations below.

Land Station 2 – Drones/Satellite View – Lone Star Drones, Drew Smith
Land Station 3 – Plant ID Walk – TPWD, Laura Sherrod
Water Station 1 – Watersheds – AgriLife, David Smith
Water Station 2 – Rainfall Simulator- AgriLife, Annalee Epps
Water Station 3 – Importance of Water – TPWD, Clint Faas
Wildlife Station 1 – Quail CSI – TWA, Adrienne, Gene

8:15 am Students Load Buses & Depart School
9:00 – 9:15 am Students Arrival and Welcome
9:20 – 9:40 am Station 1 Topo Hike
9:45 – 10:05 am Station 2 Drones/Satellite View
10:10 – 10:30 am Station 3 Plant ID Walk
10:35 – 10:55 am Station 1 Watersheds
11:00 – 11:20 am Station 2 Rainfall Simulator

After the students are loaded on buses, we will have a short presenter/volunteer debriefing and clean up
grounds before departing the property.
