Wildlife Biologists from each of our 5 counties will be at the Gideon Lincecum chapter meeting on July 19th. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to meet them and learn about the critical roles they play in the Texas Master Naturalist conservation education mission. Visit the event calendar for all the details.
The July Chapter Meeting will be held at the St. Paul Lutheran Lighthouse, 201 Veterans Dr., Columbus, TX 78934, at 9:30 a.m. Following our business meeting, “Meet Your TPWD County Wildlife Biologist” will be the focus of our Advanced Training educational session. We have invited Drake Rangel (Fayette), Mark Lange (Austin), Stephanie Damron (Washington), Laura Sherrod (Lee), and Katie Edwards (Colorado) as panelists who will answer our questions to help us steward our land or guide us to resources. TMN-GLC members Lori and David Hessel will be moderating the Q&A session. As always, the public is welcome and chapter members are encouraged to bring guests.
