Everyone can count birds!
Everyone can be a citizen scientist during the Great Backyard Bird Count from February 17 through February 20. Using your eBird account, you can participate for as little as 15 minutes on one or more days. Texas Master Naturalists can earn volunteer service hours for participating. Chapter Meeting Update
For our January chapter meeting on Saturday Jan. 21, the Chimney Swift speakers had to cancel (we hope to reschedule). Our Texas Doves
November 19th at 9:30 a.m. – Our chapter meeting will be held at the Fayette Public Library, located at 855 S. Jefferson, La Grange, Texas. Mark Lange, TPWD, will be speaking on Dove Management in Texas for our advanced training program. The public is welcome to join us for this free educational program.
