Berry Springs Workday and Seed Harvesting

June 1, 2016 by glennkleinert

There are still lots of seeds needing harvesting at Berry Springs Park and Preserve. Weather permitting, this Friday, June 3, 2016 we will meet at the Residence/Home Office of the Park, at 9:00am and will work till noon in the cactus beds. Containers can be provided for those that desire to take seeds home for cleaning. There is some parking at the house but that is limited, so late comers will need to park in the upper parking lot near the Tonkawa Pavilion and walk over to the house by way of the trail that goes by the pavilion and the cemetery. Bring with you scissors, weeding tool, gloves and a water bottle.
Please contact Susan Blackledge at [email protected] or 512-930-0040 to advise as to your availability to work and/or for additional information.
Berry Springs Park & Preserve is located at 1801 CR 152 Georgetown, Texas 78626
