Project Fair, Fall 2016

August 12, 2016 by glennkleinert

Our next Project Fair will be held on September 27, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the Agrilife Building Training Room in Georgetown. This fair will be held in conjunction with our Fall Training Classes but is for all our chapter members as well as the new students. This will be the only fair we will hold this Fall so all chapter members are encouraged to attend. This will be a time for all of us to get an update on Volunteer Opportunities available, and to get acquainted with our new students. If you have been searching for a place to get involved in a project, here is your chance! You can learn first hand information from the Project Leaders. They will discuss their projects with you, answer questions, and give you an update on planned activity. We look forward to seeing each of you there.
Project Leaders, if you need assistance with your table presentation (same format as previous fairs), please contact me. The Training Room will be open at 5:30PM for early set up and extra extension cords will be available.
TXMN Volunteer hours can be earned by those making presentations and Advanced Training hours are available for those attending and learning about our projects. Refreshments will be served after the presentations.
