Red Poppy Festival Booth

Dates:  Friday, April 27, Saturday, April 28, Sunday, April 29

Where:  Downtown Georgetown, Corner of 7th Street and Main, Courthouse sidewalk across from Gumbos. Booth C-13.

Setup includes getting the tent from Charles on Thursday.  Setup times needs to be coordinated with the volunteers.  Setup officially starts at 10:00 a.m. and must be finished by 4:00 p.m. when no more vehicles are allowed on the streets.  We will have the display tent, 3 tables, chairs and our trifolds.

During the festival, we will need a number of people to man the tables and talk with the public about our program and volunteer projects.
