Waitlist: Citizen Science Bird Banding at Fort Hood

Citizen Science show-and-tell Bird Banding at Fort Hood, Texas hosted by Natural and Cultural Resources Management Branch (part of U.S. Army Installation Management Command), Directorate of Public Works. Fort Hood is a leader in balancing the mission of the installation with proper management of resources, including recovery of endangered species. Dr. David Cimprich is an expert in a number of areas including the newly de-listed Black-capped Vireo. He and his team schedule regular bird banding at Fort Hood. We have the unique opportunity to learn from Dr. Cimprich and his team. The event will be limited to 15 participants from Good Water Chapter. This is a special invitation to our chapter.

Date: September 6, 2019

Meet up time: 8:00 a.m.
