Lisa Tuck awarded Native Plant Society President’s Award

Heartwood Texas Master Naturalist chapter member Lisa Tuck was recognized with the President’s Award from the Native Plant Society of Texas (NPSOT).

The outgoing state board president of NPSOT, Linda Knowles, presented the award to Lisa in recognition of her efforts organizing the NPSOT Fall Symposium, a four day event held at Sam Houston Museum in Huntsville, Texas. Lisa is also a member of the newly-created Huntsville chapter of NPSOT.

Congratulations Lisa! You are making a difference!
