Invasive Species Workshop

Attend a Class Saturday, August 17 2024 to learn how to identify the invasive plants, and some pests, of greatest concern in our area. Ashley Morgan-Olvera of the Texas Invasive Species Institute, will be our instructor! After training, you will be well prepared to volunteer for removal of invasives from approved sites in The Woodlands Township, and help with site location monitoring. Monitoring and removal data are reported to Texas Invasive Species Institute (TISI). This FREE workshop is a partnership of Environmental Services, TISI, and The Woodlands G.R.E.E.N. Environmental Education nonprofit. REGISTRATION Required.
